What happens if I can't attend an event?

In principle, it is possible to cancel your registration for one of our events for medical students at any time. However, we ask that you do this as early as possible so that we can plan accordingly. Cancellation: If you find that you cannot attend an event, you can cancel at any time. This allows us to cancel your participation and, if necessary, give other medical students the opportunity to attend the event. Timely notification: We ask that you inform us as early as possible if you cannot attend. This way, we can make planning changes and ensure that all participants are optimally looked after.
